Ownership of the database of MF JOBS is vested exclusively with MOFAKRO GROUP. Rights of access and usage are subject to the compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

MOFAKRO GROUP may amend/modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on MF JOBS. You may review the modified Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of MF JOBS, shall be deemed conclusive proof of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended/modified from time to time. MOFAKRO GROUP may also suspend the operation MF JOBS for support or technical upgradation, maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason.

In a case of use of MF JOBS in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, MOFAKRO GROUP may terminate your access, block your future access and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse may be deemed to be fit and proper.

The term "misuse" shall mean and include all acts which are aimed at utilizing the database of MF JOBS for any purposes other than for searching and advertising for genuine job vacancies. It shall also extend to the use of the database for commercial purposes without the express permission of MOFAKRO GROUP.

The term "offensive material" shall mean and include obscene material. It shall include content which is aimed at demeaning a particular class of individuals, corporate body, country etc. It shall also include content having the effect of violating the Intellectual Property Rights of others.

The terms "service" or "services" would mean and include the interactive online information service offered by MF JOBS on the internet through which the user may access information carried by MF JOBS in the database maintained by it. The terms would include the search tools through which the user can search through the hosted databases and information using a number of search tools that are present with a selection matching their search criteria. Users then select one or more of the items presented to view the full document/ record. The term service does not extend to MF JOBS acting as an agent/consultant either express or implied on behalf of any user/customer

The term "Spamming" shall mean and include any unsolicited bulk e-mails/messages or unsolicited commercial e-mails/messages. The term "subscriber" would include any person, whether an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the services of MF JOBS, and to whom the access is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password. The user name and password are either allotted by MF JOBS or chosen by the user or agreed upon by MF JOBS

The term "unauthorised user" is defined as any person who does not have a legal or a contractual right to access the services of MF JOBS, but does so.

The terms "User" and "customer" would include both the authorised and unauthorised user(s)

Though MOFAKRO GROUP payment reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, MOFAKRO GROUP offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.

Refunds in the event of wrong/objectionable content being posted on the site would be at the discretion of MOFAKRO GROUP

MOFAKRO GROUP does not store or keep credit card data in a location that is accessible via the Internet. Once a credit card transaction has been completed, all credit card data is moved off-line only to ensure that the data/credit card information received is not accessible to anyone after completion of the on-line transaction and to ensure the maximum security. MOFAKRO GROUP uses the maximum care as is possible to ensure that all or any data / information in respect of electronic transfer of money does not fall in the wrong hands.

MOFAKRO GROUP shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.

All Laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain specifically regulating Electronic Transactions and Commerce have been complied with.

Due to a high incidence of credit card fraud, your MF JOBS services purchased online using a credit card may not be activated without a proper verification.

You hereby expressly agree not to :

• Use of the services of MF JOBS in a manner contrary to any law which might be applicable at the relevant time.
• Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
• Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network;
• Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
• Attempt to interfere with, access by any other user including but not limited to by submitting a virus of any kind or Trojan horse to MF JOBS, overloading, Flooding, mail bombing or crashing;
• Copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in MF JOBS except as permitted;

MOFAKRO GROUP reserves the right to filter and monitor and block the emails sent by you/user using the servers owned/maintained by MOFAKRO GROUP to relay emails. All attempts shall be made by MOFAKRO GROUP and the user to abide by International Best Practices in containing and eliminating Spam.

• The resume/ insertion or information/data fed by the user can be updated by the user alone, free of cost. MOFAKRO GROUP/MF JOBS shall not be responsible for any changes made in the resume/information uploaded by the user.
• MOFAKRO GROUP offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume/ insertion or information/data is fed by the user.
• MOFAKRO GROUP neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.
• MOFAKRO GROUP would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume/ insertion or information/data or particulars supplied by user due to acts of god as well as reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause(s) or conditions that are beyond MOFAKRO GROUP's reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, distributed denial of service attacks, virus attacks, war and natural calamities.

• MOFAKRO GROUP reserves its right to reject and delete any resume/ insertion or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
• This free service entitles the user alone i.e the same person, to add modify or change the data/information fed in by him but does not entitle him to use the free service to feed fresh insertion or information/data /resume of another person in place of the insertion or information/data already fed in by such user.
• MOFAKRO GROUP has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit resume in its database.
• The username/password created by the subscriber will enable the subscriber to access all the information received through MF JOBS, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and MOFAKRO GROUP shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. MOFAKRO GROUP undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password
• All changes / modifications made by the user to the data / information shall be effected and will come into operation only after 24-48 hours of such changes / modifications being made.
• The user agreement between a user/subscriber and MOFAKRO GROUP will be treated as having been terminated in the following events:
o On completion of the term for which the user/subscriber engages the services of the website; or
o In case the user/subscriber violates any of the conditions of this agreement or any other agreement entered into by him with MOFAKRO GROUP, however, such termination will be at the option and discretion of MOFAKRO GROUP; or
o In writing and on such terms as agreed to by the parties mutually.
• All data uploaded on MF JOBS becomes the exclusive property of MOFAKRO GROUP and the user consents to the material being included in the searchable database of MF JOBS or any other ancillary website maintained by MOFAKRO GROUP and offering similar services.
• The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
• Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from and related to this contest shall be Bahrain Court.

• The User of these services does not claim any copyright, Trade Mark or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website. The Banners displayed on MF JOBS shall be prepared as per the instructions received from the users, MOFAKRO GROUP shall not be responsible for the users misappropriation of the Trade Mark/ Copyright or any other Intellectual Property Right sought to be passed of as that of the user. MOFAKRO GROUP is allowed to use the name and logo of the subscribers for promotional purposes of MF JOBS.
• All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and MOFAKRO GROUP will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bahrain as applicable.
• All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and MOFAKRO GROUP will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situate in Bahrain alone.

1. MOFAKRO GROUP shall place the information only in classified section on the website Mofakro.com/jobs or such other mirror or parallel site(s) as MOFAKRO GROUP may deem fit and proper but such web host shall be without any extra cost to the subscriber / user. Each insertion so displayed in the classified section of Mofakro.com/jobs shall be for a fixed period (currently 1 month), which is subject to change without notice.

2. MOFAKRO GROUP reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of Mofakro Group.

3. MOFAKRO GROUP has the right to make all such modifications/editing of the vacancy details in order to fit its database.
4. The Subscriber/Recruiter will provide up to a maximum of 2 email id's for vacancies posted on Mofakro.com/jobs in the Classified section to collect response(s) if any. The contact information given by the subscriber for all listing should be the same and the subscriber cannot give multiple contact information/data for the purpose of listing.

5. All information intimated by the client and displayed by MOFAKRO GROUP on Mofakro.com/jobs becomes public knowledge and MOFAKRO GROUP may at its sole discretion include the vacancy intimated by a client for display on Mofakro.com/jobs in any other media including the print media at no extra costs to the client and MOFAKRO GROUP cannot be held liable for usage/publicity of such information.

6. MOFAKRO GROUP offers no guarantee, nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the job is put on display.

7. MOFAKRO GROUP shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the subscriber and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and expense.

8. MOFAKRO GROUP would not be held liable for loss of any data whether of technical nature or otherwise or all or any , information or particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Info Edge's reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.

9. MOFAKRO GROUP will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.

10. The subscriber/Recruiter shall give an undertaking to MOFAKRO GROUP that the jobs sought to be advertised on the classified section of Mofakro.com/jobs are in existence, are genuine and that the subscriber has the authority to advertise the jobs.

11. The subscriber/Recruiter must give an undertaking to MOFAKRO GROUP that there will be no fee charged from any person who responds to jobs advertised on the classified section of Mofakro.com/jobs for processing of such person.

12. The data for the responses will be cleaned up as per the below mentioned policy:

i. All data in Response Manager will be deleted 1 months after expiry of subscription. Recruiter should renew within 1 months to continue using the data.

ii. In an active subscription, at a job level, all responses will be deleted after 6 months of expiry of job.

iii. Personal folders have a limit of max 50 folders. Each folder has a limit of max 1000 CVs.

13. MOFAKRO GROUP reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, depiction, classification of the classified section of Mofakro.com/jobs at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.

14. The subscriber to this service shall be entitled to such number of listings during the period of subscription as may be agreed upon.

15. The subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual.

16. Only one office of one corporate entity / firm will be entitled to use this service and in case other offices of the same company/ associated companies, want to use the said service, then, they shall have to pay additional subscription charges for the service.

17. The subscriber shall be assigned password (s) by MOFAKRO GROUP to enable the subscriber to post vacancies on the site in agreed upon section(s), but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and MOFAKRO GROUP shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data or corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. MOFAKRO GROUP undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.

18. Only insertions with contact information registered with MOFAKRO GROUP will be displayed on the site.

19. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.

20. The Bahrain Courts alone shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.

21. All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and MOFAKRO GROUP will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bahrain as applicable.
